All participants to the conference need to register, also those who are presenting posters or abstracts.

Registration fee
The registration fee gives the right to attend the conference, the conference lunches, dinner at the first day of the conference, concert in the Nidaros Cathedral and also includes a book of abstracts.

Registration fee, normal: 3500 NOK
Registration fee, phd-students: 2500 NOK
Registration fee, masterstudents: 1500 NOK

(NTNU-employess do not have to pay 25% VAT on the registration fee)

You may cancel your registration, but after 20th of May there will be a 50 % repayment of the conference fee.

Hotels
During the registration you will be given the choice to book a hotel room in Trondheim hotels at a discounted rate. We can only guarantee hotel rooms until the 24th of April. After this date we are only able to confirm hotel accommodation on an availability basis. We therefore strongly recommend you to register as early as possible. Reservations have been made for the conference period, 6th to 8th of June.

Financial support
Unfortunately we can not give financial support of any kind for accomodation or travel costs, unless you are a special invited speaker to the conference.

Student registration
MSc university students can attend the conference for a reduced fee. We encourage students to apply their institute for covering of the registration fee.

Phd-students need to pay the full conference fee to attend and must register as normal participants.
